Junior Naturalists Program Weekend – Register Now for May 25-27

Junior Naturalists Program Weekend with the Young Naturalists Club and Nature Nova Scotia

It is fast approaching so register soon!  The Nova Scotia Young Naturalists Club is holding a weekend long junior naturalists program for youth of all ages on May 25-27th in conjunction with Nature Nova Scotia at the Tatamagouche Centre.

Youth will explore the basic skills of a naturalist including identifying species and observing and recording wildlife and nature. There are a variety of workshops being offered including birding, identifying trees, observing signs of wildlife and some great family field trips to the Northumberland Shore and Sugar Moon Farm.  Programming is Free but there is a charge for meals and accommodations.  There are several sponsorships to help cover the costs for youth attendees thanks to the TD Friends of The Environment Fund.
