Fibre Friday: Ravellenics Countdown

Fibre Friday Only two weeks from today, the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Winter Games and the Ravellenics will begin! Join me along with many other knitters, crocheters and fibre artists as we enjoy completing a project while watching the games. If you’re on Ravelry, you can join The Ravellenic Winter Games 2014 group. If you aren’t a member yet, you can sign up free to this great online community. Have you chosen what you’re going to cast-on as the opening ceremonies begin? I have finally decided! I have downloaded this free pattern from Knitting Daily, the Crosstown Convertible, to compete in the Free Dance (since I’m really not sure what category to put it in). Fibre Friday Ravellenics Do you think I can complete it in two weeks? I will show you the yarn I’m pulling out of my stash for it in next week’s Fibre Friday post! If you can’t find the right yarn in your stash for the project you want to begin, check out Craftsy’s Flash Sale that starts today and ends tomorrow! Save up to 80% off yarn! Need inspiration? Craftsy’s project kits are also on sale up to 60% off. The sale expires this Saturday at midnight, so when you find something you love, don’t wait! Craftsy Yarn Flash Sale 1/24 – 1/25 Only!
