Classical Dictation – A Hilarious Session From the Author of TWTM

This has been circulating in the homeschool community and I thought I would share.  It is a hilarious transcript of a dictation session between Susan Wise Bauer, author of The Well-Trained Mind, and her 7 year old son, Ben.  This is what dictation in homeschool can really be like sometimes, LOL.

If you would like more information on the Classical method of homeschooling, The Well-Trained Mind and Tapestry of Grace are two good places to start 🙂

Love, Luck &

  1. That was a cute piece. I’m visiting from the TOS crew and I’m glad I ran across this post. I’ve been considering MOH and would like to learn more about Classical learning. I’ve always been kind of turned off by it because of Classical Conversations and how involved it seemed. Perhaps it’s not as difficult as I once thought 😉
