What shall I bake first?

It’s arrived! If you’ve been chatting with me on the Homeschooling in Nova Scotia Facebook page, you’ll know that my electric mixer “died” a few weeks ago. I’ve been wanting to get a stand mixer for some time now and many of you helped me make the decision on buying one (and it really helped that I got it for 60% off). Here it is!

A KitchenAid Artisan 🙂 Now what shall I bake with it first? What’s your favourite recipe for your stand mixer? Maybe something special for Valentine’s Day…
